SHIPPING POLICY

 

Where we ship

Hearty Wash ships within Malaysia and to Singapore. Orders placed before 2pm on a working day leave the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends or on public holidays are dispatched the next working day.

 

Shipping rates

Malaysia: free on orders over RM150, otherwise a flat RM8.

Singapore: SGD 6 per order.

 

Delivery times

West Malaysia: 1 to 3 working days.

East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak): 3 to 5 working days.

Singapore: 2 to 4 working days.

Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during festive seasons or courier disruptions.

 

Tracking

A tracking link is emailed to you the moment your order is dispatched. If the tracking has not updated for more than 3 working days, contact us with your order number and we will chase the courier for you.

 

Incorrect address or failed delivery

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or the courier could not deliver, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, which may incur an additional shipping fee.

 

Damaged or missing items

If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the parcel. We will send a replacement at no cost.

 

Subscriptions

Subscription orders are dispatched automatically on each renewal date and follow the same rates and delivery times above. You can pause, skip or cancel a subscription from your account at any time before the next renewal.
