Meet the founder

Yuki Nakashima brings global beauty home.

Founder of Lilas Beaute · Artist · Nailist · Educator

Yuki was drawn to beauty from childhood and trained formally in nails, makeup and aesthetics in Japan. Through photography and artistry she learned that beauty is about fulfilling the heart, not just the surface.

That belief took her from a nail salon in Fukuoka to Singapore and then Malaysia, where she built YU Académie et Salon and, in 2020, founded Lilas Beaute, the company that brings Hearty Wash to women across Southeast Asia.
